Mr. Zuley has had a long-time friendship with Tom Cataldo, a Navy Veteran and founder of Better Vision for Children. He was asked by Tom to join the board and carry on the BVC legacy.

James has 45 years of experience in business development, planning, and structure, along with his personal investments in real estate covering five states. Mr. Zuley has supported and been involved with non-profits throughout his career.

A mid-west education began with nine years at Saint Domitilla, Triton College, and Wilber Wright College followed by a move to California where he attended Santa Ana Jr College AA Degree and then on to Cal State Fullerton with a communication in business major along with a minor in Special Education which led to his involvement in foster care.

Mr Zuley volunteered to enlist in the military in 1970 which led to a US Army Military Police MOS. He has memberships with the Knights of Columbus, American Legion, and supports the Disabled American Veterans.
Through his son Eric Zuley, he has also supported other numerous non-profits.
